Why I Love OTF: I have always loved interval training because I know it’s the best way to achieve your results. There's nothing better than pushing yourself to the limit for a short period of time then reaping the benefits of it for hours & hours to come. So when I found OTF I found everything I loved all in 1 building and in 1 hour and I knew I had found my HAPPY PLACE!
Why I Became a Personal Trainer: Having been a high school & collegiate athlete fitness was something I was always serious about. However, I didn't listen to the calling until I started going through my own journey. Personal training afforded me the opportunity to use my love for fitness and my own experience to help others move closer & closer towards their goals. There truly is nothing more rewarding than going home knowing you made an impact or changed someone’s life with just a 1hr interaction where you're able to share the wonderful and rewarding world of Health & Fitness!!!

Fun Facts: I am a former competitive gymnast, and am a black belt in tae kwon do. I did ballet and modern dance (including Pilates training) and have been on international Native American dance teams, traveling to various countries such as Peru, Switzerland, Israel, and Tibet.

Why I Love OTF: I love the variety of workouts and how each day is different with its own challenges. I'm a High a Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) enthusiast because it has worked for me!
Why I Became a Personal Trainer: After being involved with gymnastics, tae kwon do, and dance, I've had a lot of fitness knowledge imparted to me which I love passing along and seeing changes in people's health and quality of lives.

HEART MONITORED TRAINING

 

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.

COACH SUPPORT

 

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
